We want you to be fully satisfied with your Original Penguin purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn merchandise. Items must be returned with original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
